New Year Goals With good intentions, many of us set goals. These objectives can have a positive impact in our lives if we could only perform them. Here are five tips quickly designed to put you on the road to glory: take it step by step: many marathon runners make the race a few steps at a time. They see the long career as the repetition of those steps, over and over again. Attempt to divide your goal into steps. If you try to lose 20 pounds, then put a goal for the first four pounds. This should be something fun that you don't normally do. You could eat outside at a special restaurant, go to a concert, or travel.
